             'Advanced Fluid Purification Technology'

            Auto/Coat Filtration System - ACFS

The Auto/Coat System - A/CFS filters and purifies liquid products and process fluids. The ACFS provides significant filtration performance, utilizing permanent porous filter elements.  This automated filtration system removes small particulates, selective soluble compounds and  bio-burden from products and process fluids

                                         Fluid Purification Operation Summary

The ACFS utilizes porous filter elements mounted in a housing.  The system filters and purifies liquids by removing particulates and compounds.  Permanents filter elements are available in various pore sizes and systems are specified and engineered for specific applications.

Liquid is pumped to the filter housing and passes through the filter element.  The filter media layer is permeable to the fluid but not the contaminant particles present in the fluid.

As liquid passes through the filter elements particulates are trapped and collect on the surface of the filter element.  Liquid products are filtered and process fluids are re-circulated from the process through the ACFS system.

The fluid is filtered until the surface area of the filter media is exhausted, the system is then automatically regenerated.

In a regeneration mode valves change positions, pressure forces fluid in the filter housing and process lines back to the balance tank.  The trapped particles are dynamically released from the surface of the filter element by a reverse air/steam/water pulse.  The particles are discharged from the filter housing with pressure.

An automated CIP cycle is initiated by the operator to clean the ACFS system.

           ‘Water Re-Use Filtration Technology’

         Auto/Decant Filtration System - ADFS

The Auto/Decant Filtration System - ADFS recovers all liquids generated from fully cooked meat processing production. The ADFS provides simple and effective performance to process the liquid generated from singe, sear or browning cooking equipment.   The water is separated, filtered and reused back in the process.   Water and solids are removed and grease and tallow are recovered as a marketable by-product from the process.
